The company

Working for us

We are passionate about supporting and developing our people, who are at the heart of the company and everything we do.  We want to continue to grow our fantastic team of high performing and values-driven individuals; people who are leaders in their fields, innovative and customer focused.

Our emphasis is on people who work with us

As an advisory and management business, we know that passionate individuals with knowledge and experience can really make an impact.

Our values are simple: we create long-term relationships and establish high-performance teams that deliver not only the best advice, but also the best client outcomes. Our business is built on industry leaders with a proven track record of delivery in the health and social infrastructure markets.

I am really proud to work for a company that is privately owned, and values its staff enough to ensure they have a stake in the company’s success.

Our driving philosophy

Everyone who works for us has a stake in the business, we want them to feel proud to be part of it and foster a culture where behaviours are professional and positive. We strive to ensure that both clients and team members feel valued, acknowledged and appreciated: in recognition of this we have implemented an Employee Share Trust and an Introduce a Friend recruitment scheme for current employees, who are rewarded financially if the individual they recommend is taken on by Archus.

I feel more valued by Archus than I ever have before - Senior Consultant, following Better Business Cases training

We also run the Archus Development Programme for employees who are relatively new to the healthcare market - download our brochure for more information.

The reputation of the company, its team and the quality of work is sustained by investment in our business and people, ensuring that we remain well regarded as top performers in the market place. We are building a lasting legacy, collectively and individually, where we offer an opportunity to our loyal team to grow and progress their careers.
