Archus was formed in 2017 by six seasoned healthcare infrastructure professionals who set out to create a business philosophy with people at its heart, including colleagues and their families, clients, associates and supply chain. We’ve grown quickly yet responsibly, priding ourselves on our expertise and our ability to deliver success for our clients and the communities and local populations they serve.

We’re currently helping the UK government by leading on updating the Department of Health & Social Care’s health facilities technical guidance, as well as developing the future blueprint for a true ‘intelligent hospital’ that can meet net zero, digital and standardisation challenges. We’re also advising on many major planned new hospital developments in the UK as well as globally, from Canada to China.

As healthcare experts, we’ve been involved in every kind of health infrastructure project – from hospital to helipad, field hospital to future design guidance, service strategy to clinical planning. We understand the complexities of the NHS in the UK and wider global health and social infrastructure systems and processes. And we’re able to draw on our vast network of partners and contacts to understand the best ways to move projects forward.

Our clients and stakeholders range from policy makers and finance to estates professionals and clinical staff – solving problems and bringing together future visions to develop the best outcomes for all involved. Our team bring a mixture of private and public sector experience, enabling us to communicate with the many varying stakeholders involved in healthcare delivery.
